克特非接触式打滑失速开关用于对输送机带速进行检测的新型装置，对带速进行实时检测，已广泛应用于输送系统中胶带上，为胶带机的安全运行提供了可靠的检测手段。 需水平安装在上行胶带和下行胶带间的输送机支架上，使触轮与胶带表面有一定的压力防止发生触轮跳动而产生的误动作。当触轮随胶带机运行而带动内的脉冲盘，在脉冲盘旋转时传感器的磁应信号输入到控制电路中去，经放大，然后进行计数。其计数值与预置数比较，判断胶带的带速，即：正常速度、打滑或超速等等。同时，执行电路输出相应的开关信号。

克特速度传感器NEWFC-06/10 测速开关是一种经济、可靠性强、对轴转速及其他旋转装置简单通用的监测装置。当监测到当前转速信号低于正常转速范围开关输出开关信号，以供报警或停机，无运动部件、无磨损、安全寿命长，一体化结构，集中的控制装置，设定或故障检修简单。是为了检测皮带机尾轮的旋转速度，开关与尾轴无接触。当尾轴随胶带机运行旋转时而带动机身的脉冲盘，脉冲盘旋转时传感器的磁感应信号输入到控制电路中去。经放大，整形后进行计数，其计数值与预置数比较，从而判断胶带的速度，即：在达到低于打滑速度时执行电路输出相应的开关信号，使主机停机。

The count value is compared with the preset value to determine the tape speed, including normal speed, slip, or overspeed, etc. At the same time, the execution circuit outputs corresponding switch signals.
